I am a postdoctoral researcher with the Institute of Informatics at Charles University in Prague, CZ.
I am actively seeking an academic position with a focus on mathematical optimization and operations research. I hope to end up somewhere that prioritizes great teaching like I received as an undergraduate.
My Ph.D. in Operation Research comes from Virginia Tech and my bachelors degrees in Mathematics and Physics are from Furman University in Greenville, SC.
My doctoral research spans Mathematical Optimization in the fields of political districting and disjunctive programming; as a postdoc, I dabble in Computational Social Choice having advised a few student theses in the field.
